Waianae store is the only grocery store I shop at in our hometown. They have a variety of items in every department you can think of. Recently they've been adding new items for more grocery varieties.

This is a good grocery store. Small in size with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, hot items to go . Well stocked shelves , if you ask for anything the employees will walk you to your items . I'll be back .

I'm new to the area but the employees so nice n helpful! I was even impressed at the locals shopping here who took their time to help me select veggies I am unfamiliar with! The prices were well Hawaiian n I'm okay with everything that I bought here.. lastly I treated myself to brownies with walnuts OMG beyond delicious.. thank goodness for my awesome experience and the local stores ambience n friendly staff...going to make this my go to store,

This store is absolutely fantastic. If you are anywhere near the area, you have to stop in. I can honestly say that this is my #1 favorite supermarket on the entire island for dozens of reasons, but two big standout reasons. 1 >>> You really can find everything you could possibly need or want here and at fantastic prices. 2 >>> My kids and I had a blast hanging out here. I usually loathe shopping trips (same stuff, same place, chore, chore chore). Not this place! It reminded me of grocery stores when I was younger that had arcade games, claw machines and all kinds of crazy stuff to keep kids entertained. Not only do they have all of those things, they also have a HUGE full wall of vending machine-dispensed capsule toys. I didn’t even realize how much I miss that! The staff is cool as can be, super nice, super helpful. I couldn’t believe they had so many self-checkout registers. It’s not something you ever expect to see at a locally owned place in general, then to also have several of them – that is beyond awesome. This place is the perfect combination of everything you could possibly hope for with price, variety, modern technology and convenience; with the added plus of being locally owned and operated. The Departments: They were endless! I could have seriously stayed in there all day looking up and down every isle. They had live plants, awesome toys, pool gear, school and office supplies, art supplies, high quality craft sets (like wood burning kits). They had every type of pet food, bedding, treats, toys, baby animal care, litter - and even more than you can imagine, available in small or bulk quantities for regular house pets, farm animals and exotic pets. They have all kinds of outdoor gardening and lawn care items, house tools, magic kits, phenomenal gifting items (like sets of aromatherapy bath salts), camping and fishing gear, a fantastic meat and seafood department. Been coming here for years, much preferred shopping here vs Tamuras and Longs because over there its higher prices and they arent tidy. Been coming here since they had those wagons in their store and when they refurbished it for the self check out. Never had any issues with them and I love the self check out area.

Recently stopped by here while visiting Hawaii, loved the atmosphere and the assistance from the staff members I interacted with! Great hospitality and amazing service!!! Highly recommend going here.
